“Skills know no gender” social media campaign

To address its audience for International Women’s Day on social media.
Idea of the project
To create a video campaign on LinkedIn to show that the cargo industry is not gender-specific but skills-specific.
To do this, we set up
- Films & Videos
We shot very short interviews with various members of staff (men and women) asking them the question: Which skills are needed to work at WestJet Cargo? And published the posts on a weekly basis throughout the month on WestJet Cargo’s Linkedin account.
